Since 1991, our family has been crafting handmade beef jerky in Adelaide, South Australia. Using 100% Australian beef and traditional family recipes refined over decades, we’ve built a loyal customer base that keeps coming back for our soft texture, rich flavour, and generous whole-cut pieces.

Over the years, our jerky has become stocked in stores across Australia, with demand continuing to grow through word of mouth and loyal returning customers.

What started as a local family business is now expanding online, making it easier for people across Australia — and eventually around the world — to enjoy authentic Asian-style beef jerky delivered straight to their door.

We currently offer our most popular beef jerky range, while continuously experimenting with new flavours and meat varieties behind the scenes. Pork, venison, buffalo, and limited small-batch releases are all in development as we continue creating new flavours from the lab.

Every batch is prepared using the same hands-on approach that has defined our business for more than 30 years — combining traditional methods, quality ingredients, and bold flavour.
